Booking & Deposit Policy A deposit is required to secure all online bookings. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to be eligible for a deposit refund. Rescheduling: Any request to change your appointment date or time must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made outside of these notice periods will result in the deposit being non-refundable and non-transferable. To book another appointment, a new booking and a new deposit will be required. By making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to our Booking & Deposit Policy.
